Theatre is storytelling through action and word. Every story is an adventure. Every story is a journey.
Our classes allow young people to take the journey and act out adventures in a structured and nurturing environment, all while learning the fundamentals of stage work.

Throughout the kingdom of play, magic school is in session!
June 10-14 Candyland
Yummy treats in a land of sweets, come play characters good enough to eat.
June 17-21 In The Pond
Hop on to our lily pad, or waddle down to water’s edge; what a story we’ll make!
June 24-28 Magical Monsters
Wild things abound in magical places. Come make some with us.
July 15-19 Of Cats and Dogs
We love cats! We love dogs! Do they love each other? That’s another story,
July 22-26 Around The World
Imagine a journey around the world collecting stories along the way.
Rising 4th – 6th Grades
Full Day, 9:00AM-4:00PM
June 3-14 The Play’s The Thing
Work with others to choose themes, improvise ideas, and develop a play from concept to performance. The class culminates in a presentation of the work.
Two weeks $475
June 17-21 Fundamentals of Acting
This fun and intensive workshop uses theatrical games and exercises to train the actor’s voice, body, and mind, for dramatic performance.
One week $265
June 17-28 Practice to Performance
This two-week intensive workshop combines actor training that emphasizes physical and mental preparation with the practical experience of working on a short play, from audition to performance.
Two weeks $475
July 8-12 Acting The Adventure
Learn acting skills while acting out an adventure of your own making. This class is part acting lesson, part build-your-own adventure, and part fun.
Limited to 10 students.

Musical Theatre Academy!
July 15 – August 2
Full Day, 9:00AM– 4:00PM
From “Oklahoma,” to “Cabaret,” to “Hamilton,” American musicals have evolved through many different eras. The stories don’t change, but the way we tell them does. Be a part of our unique and in-depth musical theatre training experience as we create and perform an original musical, inspired by three different Broadway styles: musical comedy, rock musical, and concept musical.

June 3-14 Sketch Comedy
If you want to make ‘em laugh, this is the place for you. This class is the first step toward mastering the skills of “making funny happen” on stage, through the development of comic sketches, then performing them in front of an audience.

July 8-12 Thespians & Thieves
Get caught up in a world of intrigue, plots, lore, rouges, and thieves. This class will develop your acting and improvisation skills by using the model of a table top role playing game to immerse you in a world of Shakespearian adventure. Class size limited to 10.

July 22-August 2 Technical Theatre Academy
Would you like to be involved in the making of a play, but don’t want to be on stage? Consider trying this class that explores the many jobs and skills used behind the scene. This workshop runs in conjunction with the Musical Theatre Academy, so there are practical applications for everything covered.

Special class for rising 9-12 grades
June 17-28 Director’s Workshop
Learn the skills of directing a theatrical production, from design meetings, through auditioning, to curtain call, then put them to use directing a production in the last week.
This class limited to five students.

Are you ready to Dance?
Choreographer Lindsay Fussell will teach jazz, tap, and theatre dance. For older students, she’ll throw in some hip-hop, salsa, and swing!
