Utilizing their natural creativity and imagination, this class allows young children to create characters and stories while learning the essential tools of acting.
Practice auditioning for stage and screen while learning comedic and dramatic monologues. This course will also cover an in depth look at characters and their goals, obstacles, and tactics. Students will work together on scenes from plays and learn how to act with a partner.
Join us for a special class where we will learn how to audition, self tape, and act for the camera. Transfer your skills from theatre over to film and learn a little about the business as well! We will also practice some very basic filmmaking and editing.
Students must have completed Acting I and II or equivalent.
Join us for a special class and learn how to transfer your acting skills to film. We will learn how to audition, self tape, dissect a film script, and act on camera. Learn about the business including agent representation, demo reels, headshots, resumes, acting profiles, and networking. We will also practice some film making and editing. Local professionals in the industry will also guest speak on a variety of topics throughout the eight weeks. This class is for those who have been acting for awhile but have little or no experience acting on camera.
