Staff Position Openings

Development Associate
CHATTANOOGA THEATRE CENTRE seeks highly motivated Development Associate. Flex start date. Collaborate with Executive Director in generating the theater's contributed income (approximately $470,000 of the $1.1 mil budget), including but not limited to government grants, corporate, foundation, individual, corporate giving, and some special events. Participate in long-term planning and budgeting, and collaborate with Board of Trustees. Ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and/or 3-5 years fundraising experience, knowledge of the Chattanooga area philanthropic community, and fundraising software a plus. Strong attention to detail a must, along with a personable demeanor and team-friendly sense of humor that suits an intimate administrative setting. Salary is $36,400/yr plus health.
